During Private Preview, use the StreamNative Cloud Console to inspect SQLWorkspace status, manage browser-local SQL Studio data, and delete workspaces.

View workspace status

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Console and select your organization.
  2. Click SQL.
  3. Review the status of each workspace.
  4. Open a workspace to view its databases and connection information.
A workspace must report Ready before you can open SQL Studio, use the native PostgreSQL endpoint, or query its SQLCatalog databases.

Clear SQL Studio data

Saved queries and query history are stored in your browser during Private Preview. Clear them from the workspace’s Manage page when needed. Clearing browser-local SQL Studio data does not change the workspace, SQLCatalog databases, SQLWorkspace engine objects, or source clusters.

Delete a workspace

Deleting a SQLWorkspace removes its managed SQL runtime and makes its query endpoints unavailable. Engine metadata and object-storage data are retained by default and are not automatically purged. It does not delete connected Pulsar or Kafka clusters. See Data Retention. Before deleting a workspace:
  1. Open its Manage page.
  2. Remove every imported database in the Databases section.
  3. Return to the SQL Workspaces page.
  4. Open the workspace action menu and click Delete.
  5. Enter the workspace name to confirm deletion.
